Got Your Six Coffee Co. (GY6CC) is passionate about helping veterans and others who put their lives on the line everyday to serve and protect us. Because of that a portion of all the profits from Got Your Six Coffee go to our non-profit, GY6 Foundation which has a primary mission to ‘serve those who serve’. Veteran homelessness, veteran suicides, and the daily struggles that veterans, LEO’s, EMT’s and Fire Fighters have with respect to PTSD needs to be addressed and we intend to lend a hand with that… 8 of them to be exact. That is exactly why we have an octopus as part of our logo because we are lending a hand, or arm in this case, to members of the Army, Air Force, Coast Guard, Navy, Marine Corp, Law Enforment, Emergency Medical Technicians and those in the Fire Fighting community.

Got Your Six Coffee Co. / Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Because we have different kinds of items for sale on our website we have several different return policies.

If your coffee beans arrive and don’t fit your order we will replace them within one week of purchase date. The volatile nature of coffee makes it imperative that it is consumed in a timely manner. If your beans arrive and are different from what you ordered please email us and return your items to our store. Please return them in their original condition.

For equipment and swag we allow a 14 day return/exchange time. Items must be in original condition. If the order doesn’t fit your needs please email us and return your items to our store at:

Please include your order number (if known) and your full name, with instructions for exchange or refund. Typical turnaround time for returns/exchanges is about 1-2 weeks once we receive the item(s). For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service and shoot us an e-mail at info@gotyoursixcoffee.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt and confirmation of their condition. Items must be in original condition and must be returned within 14 days of purchase for equipment/swag or 7 days for coffee beans. Shipping charges are not refundable. If we are unable to exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue credit to gotyoursixcoffee.com.

If you have purchased Got Your Six Coffee through a retailer, check the store’s return policy. Most retailers honor returns and exchanges. If there is a problem, feel free to contact us at info@gotyoursixcoffee.com and we will do our best to help.

– Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged by mail or in-store.

– For a full refund returns must be made with the original receipt and merchandise must be in its original condition.

– Returns by mail without a receipt require an order number, name and address.

– Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective.
